in that space lies our power to choose our response,
in our response lies our growth and our freedom.”

Life is full of joy and suffering. In fact, unfortunately, to live a full and meaningful life often inevitably comes with hurt and loss. The pain could stem from our past memories and/or challenges in present social experiences. You might be caught in a range of unwanted emotions and self-perception that result in dysfunctions in your roles. To tell you the truth, we are all in the same boat. In here, with my professional knowledge and compassion, I aim at supporting you to be aware of what amplifies the suffering, develop skills that enable you to handle difficult thoughts and feelings effectively, and unveil your potentials that could motivate yourself to a meaningful life.
Hello there! My name is Dr. Klaris Leung (She/her/hers). I am a Registered / Licensed Clinical Psychologist in United Kingdom, New York and Hong Kong with over 10 years of experience. As an Asian psychologist, I offer psychotherapy in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. I work with adults, children and families who encountered various challenges such as major life changes and stresses, depression and anxiety, trauma, bereavement, and relational conflicts. It is such a privilege to walk with each one of them as starting this healing and self-discovery journey is never easy. I am trained with a range of evidence-based therapy approaches that include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). As everyone is unique, we will come together to decide the best approach that fits your change and growth.
